My Favorite Things πŸŽ„

Since there are only 12 days left until Santa comes I decided to share a few things that make Christmas my favorite time of year! I have a a lot of things that get me in the Christmas Spirit so I decided to break it down into Categories: Music, Movies, Traditions, and Food of course.

My Favorite Christmas Music:

  1. It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas, Michael BublΓ© ( Really any Christmas song by him)
  2. Candy Cane Lane, Sia
  3. A Holly Jolly Christmas, Bing Crosby
  4. Christmas In Dixie, Alabama
  5. Winter Wonderland, Brad Paisley (also the Bing Crosby Version)
  6. Jingle Bell Rock, Bing Crosby
  7. Baby It’s Cold Outside, Idina Menzel
  8. O Holy Night, Luke Bryan
  9. Home (ft. Michael BublΓ©), Blake Shelton
  10. Have Your Self a Merry Little Christmas, Sam Smith
  11. Bonus: Naughty List, Phil Vasser and Kellie Pickler

I have and entire playlist I could go through that is literally hours of Christmas Music but that would take hours to name them all. I really like the old Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra music during the holidays because that’s what my grand parents listened to when I was little so its nostalgic and what not.

My Favorite Christmas Movies:

  2. Annabell’s Wish
  3. The Santa Clause
  4. Eloise and Christmastime
  5. Dr. Susses’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Jim Carry Version)
  6. The Polar Express
  7. Elf
  8. A Charlie Brown Christmas
  9. Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
  10. Frosty the Snow Man

Hamp is actually the one that showed me Christmas Vacation for the first time a few years ago and it has easily become my favorite Christmas Movie, I even have an Ugly Christmas Sweater with a quote from the movie on it ( I found it on etsy if any one was wondering).

My Favorite Christmas Traditions ( this includes food):

  1. ABCFamily’s 25 Days of Christmas (*Freeform’s 25 Days of Christmas)
  2. Hallmark playing round the clock Christmas Movies starting the day after Halloween
  3. Christmas Radio Stations
  4. My mom and I used to cook Divinity, which is a candy that looks like a cloud but is made of at least 98% sugar ( really didn’t like it, honestly don’t really know who ever ate it)
  5. Fudge ( I did, however, it LOTS of this)
  6. Those Pilsbury cookies with the picture in them
  7. Christmas lights!! (TMT Farms in Statesboro is supposed to be awesome, we are going soon so ill let y’all know!)
  8. Calloway Gardens Christmas Light Display
  9. Chappie unwrapping his Christmas Presents ( yes, he’s basically my child)
  10. SNOWWWW!!! Jk, no I live in south Georgia, I’ve never seen real snow,Β  so fake snow maybe…
  11. Bonus: Walt Disney World at Christmas Time! Literally the coolest thing I have ever seen. (They had fake snow)

So this some of my favorite things about Christmas, I have so much more I love about this Holiday but I can’t really put it all into words and it would be a very very long post!
